The Heritage Trust is hosting a free Food Waste Composting Workshop at the Resource Center on November 4th from 1 p.m to 3 p.m. We’ll learn worm composting techniques from practitioner Nancy Neil, who has 15 years of experience turning food waste into valuable, great-smelling, crumbly compost for garden beds. Other composting options that are suitable for use in areas with rodents and racoons will be demonstrated. Please register via Eventbrite (you do not need to have an Eventbrite account to sign up).
