Join members of the Northwest Mushroomers Association to identify and collect mushroom samples at the four Heritage Trust Preserves. We’ll meet at the Otto Preserve then split into groups and carpool to the preserves, then meet back at the Otto Preserve to identify our samples. Space is limited, advanced registration is required, please email outreach@liht.org or call 360-758-7997. Dress for the weather, bring a small knife and a container to hold your samples. Note: this is the only occasion when mushroom harvesting is allowed on the preserves.
