Fungi & Bryophytes
Fungi and Bryophytes can be grouped taxonomically into divisions, or by structure. Lichens are considered fungi, but are actually comprised of both fungal and algal cells growing together symbiotically (Wagonner & Speer, 1998). Bryophyte is a term that describes non-vascular plants, which include mosses, hornworts, and liverworts.
